Please read these terms before using the Sortiva website and its demos. They're written to be clear: what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
01Acceptance of these terms
These terms apply to your use of the website at sortiva.tech, including its demos (together, the "Website"), operated by Sortiva ("Sortiva", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept them for that company. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.
02The Website and the Sortiva service
The Website describes Sortiva, an AI sales agent, and lets you try demonstrations of it. Some features shown on the Website may still be in development and may change or never be released — see our disclaimer.
Access to the Sortiva product for your business is governed by a separate written agreement or order form between your company and Sortiva. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
03Who may use the Website
The Website is intended for business users aged 18 or over. You're responsible for making sure your use of it complies with the laws that apply to you.
04Demos and AI-generated output
The Website includes demonstrations such as a scripted sample call and a live "Talk to Sortiva" voice call. These are provided for evaluation only. When you use them:
- you are talking to an AI system, not a person;
- replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date — they are not an offer, a quote, a commitment or professional advice;
- don't share confidential, sensitive or other people's personal information;
- we may limit, pause or end a demo at any time, for example to prevent abuse or manage capacity.

05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful;
- attempt to break, overload or get around the security of the Website or its demos, or access them in ways we haven't made available;
- try to make the AI demos produce unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or extract their underlying instructions or models;
- scrape, copy or reuse the Website's content in bulk, except as allowed by our robots.txt for search and AI indexing;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with any person or company;
- reverse engineer any part of the Website except where the law expressly allows it.
06Intellectual property
The Website — including its text, design, graphics, animations, audio, software and the Sortiva name and logo — belongs to Sortiva or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without written permission.
Other names and logos shown on the Website, such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Salesforce and HubSpot, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
07Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Sortiva without owing you anything, and you won't be identified publicly without your permission.
08Third-party links and services
The Website links to and relies on third-party services (for example LinkedIn, Instagram and analytics providers). We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
09No warranties
The Website and its demos are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — including that the Website will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sortiva will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to INR 10,000 (or the equivalent in your currency). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using the Website, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs Sortiva incurs as a result, including reasonable legal fees.
12Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Website means you accept the update. We may suspend or end access to the Website or any demo at any time.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring claims locally.
